Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished space with you and handle any punch-list items before we call it done.

Brown’s Builders & Remodelers is a family-owned crew serving Pierz, Onamia, Hillman, Isle, Wahkon, Garrison, and the surrounding Mille Lacs Lake area of central Minnesota. We take on projects big and small — new builds, full remodels, and the handyman jobs that are just as important to get right.
You talk to the same people from your first estimate to the final walkthrough, and we don’t leave a job half-finished for the next one.

Pierz, MN
Pierz is home base for a lot of the projects we take on — from deck builds to full bathroom remodels for families around town. Whether you’re near Main Street or out on one of the township roads, we can usually get out for a walkthrough within the week.
Onamia, MN
We do regular work throughout Onamia and along the Highway 169 corridor, including cabin remodels and flooring upgrades for homes near Mille Lacs Lake. Lake-area homes often need extra attention to moisture and seasonal wear, which we build into the plan from the start.
Hillman, MN
Hillman’s smaller and more rural, and that’s exactly the kind of job we like — additions, outbuildings, and handyman work for acreages and farm properties in the area. If it’s off the beaten path, that’s not a problem for us.
Isle, MN
From lake homes to year-round residences, we handle decks, remodels, and repair work throughout Isle and along the south shore of Mille Lacs Lake. A lot of our deck projects out this way are built to handle both summer entertaining and Minnesota winters.
Wahkon, MN
Wahkon’s small-town feel doesn’t mean small jobs only — we’ve done full bathroom remodels and flooring replacements for homes throughout the area. We keep the same crew on your project from estimate to final walkthrough, no matter the size of the job.
Garrison, MN
Garrison and the surrounding Mille Lacs Lake shoreline are a regular part of our service area, from cabin updates to full home renovations. We’re familiar with the permitting and building considerations that come with lake-adjacent properties in the area.
